Description:

Being a digital literacy volunteer is rewarding but challenging! Our DL volunteer roundtable, facilitated by Digital Literacy Coordinator, Lydia Torres will give you the chance to share ideas and learn from fellow DL volunteers. You can submit questions to pose to the group to Lydia ahead of time, or bring them to the in-service.

Examples:

• I have only ever owned an iPhone, and customers have come into my shift with Android phones. How should I approach this?
• One time, I had a repeat customer come in for help, but they told me they don’t trust connecting to the library’s public wifi. What do I do in this situation in the future?
