Special Guest: Jaimi McLean, MLIS Liaison Librarian from the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC).

Description: Miss McLean will help answer participant’s questions about medical language and translation services. She will also discuss health insurance, review My Chart, and much more. “ Participants will also practice using these resources during the workshop and leave with tools to support individuals with their medical questions. Ideal for English Language Learners, especially those learning English as a New language.
